    How old is the battery?

It could be a combination of starter taking slightly higher load and weak battery.

It is not related to AC directly, its just that when you reach a certain operating temperature things become a little stiff. Cold starter always takes least load. You can keep driving and wait for it to happen irrespective of AC.

Its quite easy to get your start load checked.

most probably its starter motor. faced same issue in my civic. on cold start it was working fine but after that, when engine gets to normal operating temparature, it acts like battery is dead. my battery was fine. changed its starter motor and issue was resolved.

Starter motor seems to be the culprit. It's happens in 2001-2005 models after 100,000km or so...
