    Default Reborn 2007 Engine Heat

I am facing an issue, I get heat (engine heat) under the dashboards (cluth/brake portion) or maybe the from steering wheel ground assembly. When car runs for few miles i start getting heat/air from that part. Passenger side is just fine. What could be the issue?

Other thing is, ABS light is consistently ON. Is there any handy reader available in market to get the diagnosis code or I have to take it honda dealership or any other service shop?
