    Default No one is accepting my claim

    I am a customer of Honda for quite some time now. Last year I purchased Honda Civic from Honda City Sales Lahore. Although I was advised to not to purchase from Honda City Sales because of their notorious repute in the market of selling low quality materials but I made a mistake to purchase from them.
    Recently my car was making a noise and I had to take it to nearest Honda dealer but unfortunately they are not taking any responsibility niether are able to diagnose the issue however by a 3rd party I have came to know the issue is with gear system of my car.
    Can you please advice who will entertain the claim or else at least let us know about your fake warranty period bull **** as they leave customers on their own. I understand if my warranty period expires they will be happy to serve the customer by charging them 10 times more than local market.

    Is this the way they treat the person who bought a car for over 2 million and now they are making false excuses

    Honda atlas is one FILTHY (yes. You read it right.) organisation which is involved in purely unethical way of doing business. This so called "warranty" is nothing but just a lie so that the customer uses 3s dealership for periodic maintenance and stuff. Let me tell you my own experience.

    I bought a civic last october. After a week or so i could see the portion above honda emblem on the steering swell. The crack meant for the airbag to pop open was becoming more evident. I reported it to Honda Centre Rawalpindi where the warranty manager tried to make me believe that this is how every steering is. I did not agree. He took some more time trying to persuade that is been done by me. But he couldnt prove the fact. He said hed make a case and forward to lahore HO.

    Even in three months i got no response. I decided to write an email to honda atlas. I first wrote to one of their GMs (named Ayaz). The first email i wrote was all sweet and cherry topped in order to get his attention. I had decided to bombard with my complain in the reply to his reply. I got a very brief and kind reply from him. The next email that i wrote to him with my complain, he didnt bother replying to it ever.

    I wrote info@honda emails too. They did not bother replying aswell. Again i wrote an email to info@honda that im going to file a case against the dealership and them at consumer court. They replied within 10 minutes of me sending the email that theyd send a guy for inspection. Last month a field engineer from atlas inspected the car at the dealership. He said you would get a response soon. Till date i havent received any updates. Ive been sending them emails on regular basis which they do not even feel important to reply to.

    This ladies and gentlemen is what we as a nation have reduced to and this post is on the face of the guys who claim that local vehicles are better than Jdms because they come with warranty.

    Its been around a 10 months and 11k kms on odo, and honda atlas is there doing i dont know what. Maybe waiting for the warranty period to expire.

    SHAME ON THESE CLASS A LOOTERS!

    last time i took my car honda fort for the warranty claim and the so called ENGINEER brought 3 car which were brand new to prove me wrong but there is no sound in the gear then again he started opening bumper to see if there is anything loose and sometime open battery part to grease the clutch whoever i was surprised that honda people called this person a engineer who is unable to diagnose the problem
    as i am sick of these problem
    as some one suggest me to drop your car at dealership and ask them to fix the problem

    Truly shocking and i thought indus was bad. You should clearly go to the consumer court and file a case if they dont entertain your request, exploit the social media for your advantage and see how things change quickly in to your favor.

    Normal case in pakistan bro... there is no so called "Warrenty" for any cars. all are looters. Pak suzuki, Toyota, Honda all are same and please remember these are run by pakistani's so you can guess what kind of support / warrenty they could have .

    AND AND still i can see forums here and ''WE'' are waiting like crazy for a crappy cars to launch here and dying to buy them .just an example we bought this crappy new corolla and after few months it rattles like crazy finaly we sold it off . so to cut short its our own fault no one else . we have made things worst for us because they know if they lose a single customer doesnot matter they have millions other who will still buy these crappy cars . and i feel sorry for you mate , thats the reason we nation cant move forward and we all will die like this !! i fell pity for my own self and for rest of the nation !

    Not expected from Honda atlas. Honda is referred to as the only brand still providing quality. Such claims leave them with nothing to market. They're not updating their cars. Instead of providing the latest shape, they're giving us lollipops by changing the grill/bumper and what not. You've paid over 2.5M. You have the right to a defect free car.

    Try to contact he following person and register your complain bro.
    Once I have had a problem in my 99 civic, my brother contacted the regional Manager of Honda Pakistan, he was very kind and responsive at least at that time....believe me he specially sent two sound technical person just for my car from head office to the dealership.....n e ways that was long time ago so cant say the current scenario but you should contact the top management of Honda, they will definitely try to solve your problem.

    What was the problem and how was it sorted out? Your experience can help others. Also did they charge anything or was done under warranty?
