So like I said I will keep updating my observations and experience as things come along. One of the most hammering things when inside the car is the door poshish. Though I have in mind the solution and will share once it's done, here is what I have searched. The misaligned stitching looks like a design flaw as the door panel has a contour and curve along the area, same issues can be seen even on non PKDM versions having this stitch.
Now some versions don't have the stitching and the panel cladding is plain and this is the customised leatherite concept without stitch I may be going for since I am getting the seats done in leatherite from a very good carigar I know.
Also I have found a substandard stitching and a cracked door panel on non PKDM. Is Honda globally neutralising the cost effectiveness?
The fabric on PKDM itself looks visually okay as its plain but the fabric quality and it's feel doesn't seem to be so good or tough.
