Well still getting oriented to the new car. But drive, comfort, grip and stability wise it feels better than 9th Gen. The visibility and blind spot reduction is good with this model. Haven't started using it frequently and regularly as waiting for registration. So can't say much at the moment.

I do seriously miss the iMid though from 9th Gen

Really appreciate your thoughts bro, good thinking.

I hope a passenger taking a picture would be okay?

Ali bhai, some owners/members have stated the steering control buttons to be very tacky and not as good as those on the 9th gen. Whats your take?

They visually look better with the opaque surface and symbols behind them. But to press, they are hard and click unlike 9th Gen which used to be soft.

When you are changing lane, you just tap the light stalk/stick in either direction and it blinks 3 times. Normally in cars without this small feature when you want to change lane you indicate and since the steering movement is minimal while changing lanes specially at highways, it doesn't self cancel and as a result you have to force the stick back manually to switch the indicator off.

This might be handy for lane changes

From what I have just seen on the thread it was available on 9th when they changed the Navi system and introduced brake override system. My 9th however was before these changes and it didn't have them

In older cars you held the indicator at the "lane change" position, not the lock into turn position. The lane change position is when you move the stalk and hold it before it clicks into lock. Its in every car you drive - even mehrans. The self cancel system is not used in lane change.

In new cars the 3 flashes are provided for the new *generation who cannot see past their iphones/androids while driving. The old system of lane change position still is there - just hold the stalk with your finger.
