To be honest, we have a lot of illiterates in this country who can't just get the meaning of consumer rights. They accept and as a result others suffer.

No kidding dude ... The buggers didn't even give floor mats with it!! I mean no one really uses the complimentary type ones for a long time but they are a much better stop gap arrangement till you get better ones than having "guttaas" on the floor instead of mats when you get delivery of your new car!

If they start giving good quality mats (Like IMC) then who will buy the 20,000 rupees utility package.
Be polite on the road. Always give way to others, particularly ambulances and pedestrians.

A microphone in the headunit never works perfectly. One has to get a bit louder to make his voice reach the headunits microphone or at times it gets necessary to get closer to the headunit . Thats the reason microphones abroad are placed quite strategicly where your voice can easily reach em . They are quite better then the ones placed on our headunits. Also, the listening party is more comfortable with this placement.

If it makes you feel any better, none of the USDM cars that I bought ever came with floor mats. You are pretty much expected to shell out an extra $100-$150 for a pair of mats with your new car.

If you really want a good set of mats, I'd visit Honda Australia and go to the Civic's Accessories section. They have All Weather Rubber mats, which IMHO is much better suited for our climate as you can easily clean them off with water. Though in its price (or probably even less), Atlas is giving you utility package, which comes in velour mats, which are not suited for our environment at all.

It also partly depends on how good terms you have with your dealership. I got 2 complimentary floor matt sets and not just one but both the remote keys had leather case as well

I personally hate the plastic and rubber ones, look very cheap. The made to fit carpets look decent.

And in Lahore the most expensive matts available in most markets are not more than 1500, plastic or carpet. Range between 1000-1500 for good quality sets. Cheaper thinner ones available for much less

Yes but theya re really good in terms of keeping the car clean.. easy to wash etc .. and especially in rain when you shoes have a chance to get muddy ..
People usually get weird color contrast in their carpet mats and the rubber ones so they look really bad..
I had transparent grey-ish rubber mats on the black stock corolla carpets that comes with car and it looked quite good..
Its not a matter of taste , its a necessity for me ...

I don't know man. I would be very apprehensive to take out my brand new unregistered car on independence day. There are so many retards out on the streets.

I think these mats are not for PKDM because here we do not have mat locks! Secondly because of intense heat in Pakistan these mats may get damaged.

@fazalwahab: once you mentioned that a new type of patented sun visors are about to come in market which can be tucked in the window channels. So what's the status?

No sir, I said it's for USDM and best ones and almost all Civic enthusiast buy these.. Weathertech is very famous and sell it across US and heat in Texas and Arizona is as bad as Pakistan.. nothing happens to it...

But they will not fit to PKDM due to LHD and RHD .. they sell in Europe as well.
