Oh I get it. Thanks for the info.

About the seat covers, yeah I'm getting myself some seat covers. Went to zamzama yesterday and they are making seat covers which follow the exact design of the front seats with the strip in the middle however I'm confused about the colour. I have yet to figure this out. The other major issue I have is that the centre console is in 3 pieces therefore 3 shops I've been to are saying we haven't done this on a car as yet as people haven't asked us therefore we cannot guarantee a good fit.

Anyone who has done the centre console please let me know or better yet if possible please share some pics. If already done so, please let me know.

Having said that, the CVT transmission is playing a big role in maintaining constant acceleration unlike the conventional gear box of the Reborn but a reborn which is well maintained does have adequate power.
Trust me once you get used to Civic X you would prefer driving it instead of Reborn. I feel wierd in the 8th Gen now.

Hello everyone I would like everyone to raise voice over delay issue. First I was informed in atlas that my oriel will be produced on 20th Aug then they said 25th August layer they said 30th August. Today when I call them they were like hopefully next week on inquiring his name and designation he hangup phone on me. Is this the way they treat customers.

I would request Fazal bhai to raise this issue instead of quality and it should be such that concern ministry should take some action.

This is so not fair dealers and principal treating us like dog.

    Thank you bro.

Ground clearance is pretty good considering the height of the ride to be somewhere in the middle of Gen 8 and Gen 9.
4 adults sat in the car and it didn't scrape a single speed bump so I'm impressed and happy.

Drive comfort is pretty good, however I suspect the tyres to not be doing justice to the suspension of the car therefore changing them will bring an added smoothness. Even if you don't change the tyres right out of the showroom, it is a pretty decent drive.

The shape of the hood looks pretty good when sitting on front seats. Haven't been on the backseat of the car as yet as its hardly been 24 hours since I've had this car. Shall comment on that end of driving comfort when I get the chance.

No Sir, it was never the case with 9th Gen. For 3 and a half years I wanted to get out of the 9th and drive an 8th.

I have used Aamir at Tariq Rd in past for seat covers for other cars and can recommend him highly. He has been doing Civic X's too.

It was a worthwhile upgrade from my 9th gen Oriel PT. I have the 1.5 version and it was delivered last weekend.

I had to take the car back on Tuesday for Honda to balance all the wheels to eliminate wheel wobble and straighten my car's steering wheel which pointed slightly to the right. I have a feeling it may need an alignment check because my car struggles for traction and fights VSA if I floor it. I wish Honda fitted a LSD (slip diff or e diff) to the the 1.5 Civic.

The passenger side door was also clicking against the front skirt at the bottom edge. This has been poorly resolved and the car has to go back at some point for it to adjusted properly. When I use the cars handsfree, people on the other end can hardly hear me and there are crackles.

These snags aside on the whole I am loving my 10th gen. It's been very easy to live with, pretty refined and it is very rapid. We should be grateful to the Turbo Gods for the Pakistani market getting the 1.5 T and to Honda for making a half decent car.

I would recommend all new and prospective owners of this Beauty to go for Yokohama Advan-DB Decibel 225/R16, these tyres provide Excellent ride comfort, minimum Tyre noise, equally good grip in either dry or wet road conditions, and if you drive properly, these can give you 45000km mileage.

    keep pressure to 30PSI.

Are the Advan DB's available there and what is the price ?

I used this tyre for my 9th gen which to date has covered 46k km's since 2013 and it is a decent tyre. However as it has aged comfort is slowly diminishing. The wear rate is exceptional and it could probably give another 15k of wear at least.
