Can somebody elaborate how a wider Tyre size 225/55 R16 would effect the ride quality of the new civic X turbo??? would it be wise to get 225/55 R16 or what would be the best compromise in order to get the correct balance between performance and economy???

Can someone tell me how is the navigation system in the Oriel? And if I buy non-navi will it be possible (and is it wise) to install aftermarket navigation system?

Secondly can someone post a picture of the meter display? I want to see what information is available there.
Please quote or tag me if you want me to reply as I dont check forums often.

Damn man. I remember you were a bit optimistic when you checked out the tires before the launch. You mentioned the tread felt a bit softer compared to the eurostar. It's a shame that the ride quality is the same.

Yes I was hoping they'd be good as engineered for a 16" Rim. But my optimism has been let down.

    @arkhitekt

    Buddy,

Have you been to any tyre dealership and spoke to them about at how much they would adjust each BG tyre for?

If im not wrong i sold my EuroStars from 9th gen for i think 12k last year.

I'm not sure though but it was around this figure. The tyres were 50-60kms driven when swapped with Advan DB

    What's the plan buddy?

Have you finalized your booking yet?
    If yes then which colour?

If no then i'd suggest to wait for a few months and then book your car to get delivery in 2017 rather than late 2016.
I'm doing this though, waiting! 🙃

Bro you got me right I didn't book the car yet because of these quality issues and insane waiting time.
Now I will get the car in start of 2017 InshAllah.
Plus let's see how turbo does in our market; mainly does it need hi octane or not.
Though I haven't finalized any variant but dil turbo ka hi kerta hai.

I received the documents but the invoice was wrongly printed by atlas. They didn't mention the amount of with holding tax. So I need to change the invoice first and than go for registration. Unfortunately i cannot take it on long routes.

Devilz apprentice mentioned earlier that if something goes wrong with the engine the guys at Honda will plug in an ELM type sensor to the car's ECU to see if the car has been driven on HiOctane or not.
The readings will show the reality. I hope the turbos can cope up with faulty and contaminated fuel like ours. Modern machinery is quite sensitive alongside being reliable.

Although plan mera bhe Turbo ka hei because after driving the same engine in 8th and then 9th i don't want to have it again in 10th.

But my basic holding back factor is the price of turbo.
But let's see maybe insha ALLAH we both get turbos delivered together!

So another question to the owners.

What other faults have you found except for the ones which the forum is flooded with.

    Like any windscreen leak?
Any annoying noise coming from untraceable location?
Since it's raining almost everyday in Lahore, any water seeping in the trunk through the much claimed gap in the boot.

Anything out of the ordinary other than the plastic and trim quality issues which are now mostly resolved.

An info for the Civic X owners or future owners.. many people in US has complaints about the portion of LED DRL not lighting up as marked in red rectangle . Actuary looks like this DRL curvy portion has two segments inside so some people shared that half does not lit. Make sure you check when you get your car and over time keep checking that's it fully lit. If it goes out.. back to dealer for warranty claim.

Be polite on the road. Always give way to others, particularly ambulances and pedestrians.
