Question 18 Inch rims on a 2013 Civic, Pros and Cons?

Looking for new set of wheels, and which ever rims I set my eyes on are 18 inch.
Are the myths all true about ruining your suspension and bad avg.
I can bear the cost of these but the question is to what extent will I have to bear em?

Roads in karachi are okay, usually avoid the broken bumpy ones.
What does your experince say, help guys?

Using 18s on my Reborn. Avoid broken roads & bumps. No issues but Fuel average is decreased.

these are not myths suspension is effected....
whereas if you keep the profile of tyres about 45 then no problem but still be careful don't drive fast on bumpy roads

Go for 215/50/17. This size is nearest to oem in overall diameter. U will get the looks plus added grip. Personally using it without any issues.
Yes fuel consumption takes a hit
