I would check out water pump and radiator, ensure system is leak free and there is no air in system else car will overheat.

I would have your entire coolant system flushed out then refill end with the correct coolant
Do check for air in the coolant and any leaks
    Check fan is working

get the working of your thermostat valve verified. Also might be fan is malfunctioning get it verified too.

Start with above mentioned 2 basic tests and we can proceed from there to trouble shoot further if the problem persists.

    1. You need check if radiator is dirty, rusty or blocked with gunk from inside. If it is then you need to get it serviced or buy a new one.

    2. Check your fan speed. If it is slow you need to fix it.

    3. If your car has a thermostat valve you need to check if it is in good condition.

    4. Then you need to flush the entire system with water to clean it and refill coolant. Make sure there are no air bubbles and leaks.

    5. Lastly it could be a water pump issue. Sometimes the fins get corroded and the pump does not provide enough water flow.

Drain the system after the time lapses. The solution max concentration is 10% - e.g. if your system holds 5000 ml you need to prepare the solution with 500 grams of acid in 5 litres of water.

Admire the stinky, mud coloured water that comes out - dont drain it to the ground where you have grass or you will have a brown patch, this acid will kill the grass.

CAUTION: if your system is heavily rusted and packed with sludge - be prepared to repair leaks that may pop out.

Use a blower to blow out all trapped water in the block if your engine block drain is hard to get to or does not have it. Neutralize with some meetha soda and flush out - it will take about half hour flushing to clean out the system - once done install T stat and fill up with coolant/water mixture.
I personally think you should go for a new one. You should search the forums for brand and material.

And before buying new one try to attempt the method in the post that I quoted.
