Default Which socket does Honda civic vti 1999 have OBD for diagnostic fault scanner

Which socket does a a Honda Civic VTI 1999 have for diagnostic fault scanner?
Is it OBD 2 design or something else and can someone please put in a picture of the socket where scanner wire is plugged in.

Also an idea or a normal/cheap diagnostic fault scanner and what would it cost?

    Thanks for your reply

It is a 3 pin connector on the left (passenger side) flap. Right next to the ECU.

    Thanks for your reply.

Any way an OBD2 connector can work with that?
