Default Civic 9th gen vs Toyota Aqua

    AoA All,
I am a bit confused between buying civic 9th gen and toyota aqua. I will buy either of these on lease (In shaa Allah). Problem is which is better since civic might face diffculties in resale after 5-6 years while Aqua enjoys a high market demand which might sustain by next 5 years. My daily mileage is around 80km betwee Isb-rwp as I rarely go on long routes. My concern is that if i have to pay 28k/month on lease i can add a few bucks on monthly basis and get civic 9th gen which i think is better than aqua in many ways. Please help
PS: i dont want to buy city/corolla/vitz

You are wrong about the resale. Civic has after sale value while Aqua is still untested. If you are fuel conscious, go for Aqua, if economy is not the problem, and you want luxury and stuff, go for civic

This is an absurd comparison. Civic is a popular local sedan with a proper family size and trunk + R18 under the hood.

Aqua might be good but its overpriced for its size, just my personal opinion, and its a JDM and will surely depreciate more than the civic.

The only factor which might help you lean towards the Aqua is fuel economy, and yes I would support that thought, but overall there is no comparison between both these cars... I mean seriously... 9th gen Civic Vs. Aqua

Thank you guys for the feedback. I think I have made up my mind (going for civic 9th gen In shaa Allah). And am going for Islamic Ijarah not conventional leasing.

Good luck. A wise decision to go for the Civic
