205/45R16 on a 7.5x16 rim is the limit if you wish to keep your wheel bearings alive.

to protect suspension and getting a comfortable ride. Stick with R13 with high profiles tyre like 75 or 80. You wont feel bumps.

But for a killing look go for atleast 15's and the profiling can be 60 but if you ll go up than the 60 it will not work good in civic 95. For 16's you have to come down to very low profile and ride wont be comfortable.

i think 185R1465 will be good for both looks and comfort as well as protecting the suspenion.

I put 15 alloys with yokohama aspec a300 195R1560 today in civic 97. Earlier i was using yokohama 185R1465 with aluminium alloys. I think the earlier one was comfortable in riding. this ones a bit hard.

Choice is yours. there are many kind of tyres and profiling available.

205/45/16 would touch the sidewalls with high loads

    stick with 15s with 185 or 195
