I got it tuned, and tappet adjusted on saturday. Now the vibration is not there because the guy also adjusted the choke for higher RPMs.

Now only there is a hissing sound while i pick it. I think it requires only the adjustment of the CNG.

I will let you know the outcome shortly.

Now it is alright. Not only the throttle body cleaning, but the adjustment of choke and increase the idle RPM to 1100 on petrol made it 900 on CNG.

Your suggestion is not clear, even to you. Now my car is not giving any trouble and i can live with this minor RPM issue. thanks for understanding.

You are right that these CNG installation guys are not trained enough and they only do what they learnt from their Ustads. This may be a cause but you know they have the same NANI and every one do the same.

actually some mechanic told me that the cng current supply should not be taken from the RPM current supply which is a routine habbit. he advised me to tell the cng installer to take the current from a seperate relay or so but not from the RPM current supply. Actually i am also planning to install cng soon in my car which is an EFI so thats y i was asking u tell me how ur this problem got solved. Anyways have a good day.
