    Default N2O's K20A3 Civic

    I have thought to make a new tpoic to update on the things going on in my ride,i have made other 2 but im merging those topics in this.
    Here is the k20a3 swap i have done in my 2002 civic,had many problems,was betrayed in the dealing,but ALLAH gives u a reason to move on,mind u,swap is really a pain in the A$$ :p,anyways i was supplied by a faulty ecu,and so i bought the hondata k-pro for it,neccessary for me in this stage.Here it is

    Nice, hope to see ur car soon in action
    and abt that turbo civic , i doubt it`ll even be on the road and produce that much power , ayub is really a rip off ...none of the cars prepared by him actually performs , examples are infron of u
    if u know abt the 4age Indus rolla , he spend over 3 lacs on the car ,and wasnt happy with the car`s perfromance so installed CNG in it ...

    the same things goes for that while b18c Civic ...he was also ripped off , in the end he was racing with stock vti`s ...but now i heard its turboed by Irshad`s group i think ..

    there are many more examples ....which i can quote....!!!

    hsnmz these civic got K20a type r engine whereas N20 got K20a3....there's big difference in both. his car can come close to normal civic type r or integra type r. peace
    My lugnuts require more torque than your Vtec can put out...

    and the b18c with little tweaks was just 2-3 cars behind amaan h22,i think u didnt c the race but i was there and the recent turbo setup he has is not upto mark either,hes running 7psi on a Gt25 and still just a car ahead from the b16 all motor hatch of dr.raza

    is it Waqas B18c turbo or sumone else....i doubt it's Waqas civic but both got B18 turbo.....Waqas got T3/T4 turbo? he shud have beaten Aman too...look like tuning is not right in his car!!
    My lugnuts require more torque than your Vtec can put out...

    I know kitkat (the guy with the blue car) very well. trust me this car will perform like crazyy...there is absolutely no chance of him getting ripped off.... i had a ride in the car whn it non turbo, it was frekkkkin amazing then too! My only concern is traction, even with slicks, it will be an issue!

    the white exi b18c is owned by a guy named waqas,he has turboes it now with a gt25 i think,and surely its not tuned well with a VAFC2,what he needs is a s300

    @lowresolution: ayubs only works as a mechanic and electrician,he doesnt do tuning,thats why he only swaps engine but cannot tune them well,when it comes to ecu,hes blank so please get this concept out of ur mind that he tunes...and with whose money are u driving ur car??? someone else's daddy??
    I dont seem why people seem to care about the money factor anyways,why wod someone care where the money comes from?? Waqas earns his own money with his own business and hard work,why wod i or u or anybody seem to matter abt it,this sentence of urs is not correct at all,show some respect to the other members please

    @ujus: i know kit kat very well too,the setup he has would inshalah be close to salmans civic in islamabad,although we wod be tuning at a safe 22psi,where as he tuned it at 25psi,but the whp level wod be very close to that of salmans car

    well anyways i came with another update,today i got my vtec activated finally yea baby my friend awad helped me alot in this,both in k-pro and the vtec engagement

    the ecu for some unknown reason cant detect the vtec signal,we checked the wiring and stuff hundred times and codnt seem to find out the solution,then awad said we shod get the VAFC2,it wod engage the vtec no matter what happens and therefor today we diagnosed the problem,we connnected the VAFC2 with the ecu wiring,then set the vtec settings...and had a run and voila!!! i could feel the push of the vtec although its not as loud as the b16's or the b18's but it does it work quite well
    still the ecu cant detect the vtec signal from the VAFC2,meaning that it wont switch the maps(fuel.ignition etc) to according to the vtec settings as it shod,meaning that we had to create our own map to run with the vtec,which my friend awad did in 10-15 mins,then we had a run in it and it felt really good,i can finally feel that i got something worthy :p

    just got one problem now,have to get a new clutch as mine is slipping causing traction problem and the other is that i have to get a new intake manifold,as mine has one problem...the problem is that my intake manifold had an intake runner mechanism,it was an electronic device that used to create torque both at low and high rpm by switching some mechanism inside,but when fitting my engine in...ayub had to take it off due to fitting problem,therefor my intake manifold isnt giving proper air flow as needed....here is the thing which did the magnificent work which is not there now

    by pass it and u will be fine with it. no need for a newer manifold.

    that b18c civic is running a HKS GT3040R dual ballbearing turbo and is running 5psi of boost.
    when that raza's B16 hatch race happen there was a boost leak
    otherwise the car is ok!
