well anyways i came with another update,today i got my vtec activated finally yea baby my friend awad helped me alot in this,both in k-pro and the vtec engagement
the ecu for some unknown reason cant detect the vtec signal,we checked the wiring and stuff hundred times and codnt seem to find out the solution,then awad said we shod get the VAFC2,it wod engage the vtec no matter what happens and therefor today we diagnosed the problem,we connnected the VAFC2 with the ecu wiring,then set the vtec settings...and had a run and voila!!! i could feel the push of the vtec although its not as loud as the b16's or the b18's but it does it work quite well
still the ecu cant detect the vtec signal from the VAFC2,meaning that it wont switch the maps(fuel.ignition etc) to according to the vtec settings as it shod,meaning that we had to create our own map to run with the vtec,which my friend awad did in 10-15 mins,then we had a run in it and it felt really good,i can finally feel that i got something worthy
just got one problem now,have to get a new clutch as mine is slipping causing traction problem and the other is that i have to get a new intake manifold,as mine has one problem...the problem is that my intake manifold had an intake runner mechanism,it was an electronic device that used to create torque both at low and high rpm by switching some mechanism inside,but when fitting my engine in...ayub had to take it off due to fitting problem,therefor my intake manifold isnt giving proper air flow as needed....here is the thing which did the magnificent work which is not there now
so now i need an intake manifold either from an accord or a acura type s,something like this
