    Default N2O's K20A3 Civic

    I have thought to make a new tpoic to update on the things going on in my ride,i have made other 2 but im merging those topics in this.
    Here is the k20a3 swap i have done in my 2002 civic,had many problems,was betrayed in the dealing,but ALLAH gives u a reason to move on,mind u,swap is really a pain in the A$$ :p,anyways i was supplied by a faulty ecu,and so i bought the hondata k-pro for it,neccessary for me in this stage.Here it is

    My lugnuts require more torque than your Vtec can put out...

    @moak dude i saw ur car it was standing after the second race and the guage infront of the passenger seat was going crazy well INSHALLAH next time ull win u dun have bad luck dude the b18 guy has the real bad luck even after turboing his b18 he has no results (N) !

    @salik: currently now im facing problem of my pully,its breaks the timing belt very often,even yesterday it broke off one teeth of the belt looks like time to visit the workshop again,but mashallah this is the only problem left now,other than that its all going good well we still have place for tuning left,for the ecu and for the vtec too,so after i do that i wod check with a b16 and see what are the results

    @samad: a d16 turbo at 18psi is no joke mate!! and that meter that u wod had been looking wod had been the boost guage

    @moak: even wasif had this kind of problem,and he got to know that his injectors had problem,did u get that problem checked?? and were u using the slicks on sunday???

    Brother i spotted yew around 4.30 at abu isphani road. Was that yew in ur car at the cng station . Correct me if i am wrong Ur car was looking MASHALLAH awesome

    @tanzeel: abu isfani road??? where is that?? u spotted me today?? since 2 clock im sleeping and just woke up half and hour ago and the keys are always in my pocket,u wod be mistaken u wod had seen someone else,im using hi-octane since i got the hondata for it,as on super it knocks a little and on hi-octane its smooth power delivery

    @Farrukh a Turbo B18 isn't a joke either , hmm may be it was boost gauge i dun know but it wasn't on the dashboard it was linking two pipes and it was where ur knee would be if u sit in the passengr seat and yeah he was using slick let me post the pick of his ride which i got on sunday ! oh i almost forgot my internet explorer is F**ked up so i can't post it hangs when ever i open a separate window execpt the main internet explorer in this case the attach files window np ill give it to u on msn (Y) !

    @samad...that was the fpr guage...yr rite it was going crazy...i wasnt getting stable fuel pressure... and thats why the car wasnt performing..

    @farrukh...yes i checked the problem..the thing is that ive got the stock fuel pump in my tank and then i got a in-line pump up front..now what is happening is that the stock pump is going week...its not able to pump as much as it used to...

    so if u think about it...there is a gap in fuel dilivery...like the stock pump isnt able to pump as much the in-line needs...

    ne ways i took my stock pump out today and placed the in-line near the tank...its getting stable fuel pressure rite now...ill have to install a smaller in-line pump tomorrow...so there wont be any fuel pressure drop during full boost runs..

    so yea...u know if the fuel goes up or down in these turbo cars...it screwes up all the tuning...

    btw...ive also got a crack in my manifold...which was making the car perform even worse...as it wasnt building boost properly...

    ne ways..next week will tell the result hopefully..insha allah ill win..

    hehehe wah salman EGR valve.... nice nice...!!

    it is the IMRC valve used to control the runners inside the manifold... mashallah se ayub removed it for the power steering pump not evern thinkin k it would be necessary... kher inshallah isska bhi hal aajayega....

    ne ways...here are the pics from today...this is what i was talkin bout..my cracked manifold....even a lil hole in the manifold makes a hell of difference in turbod cars...
    so yea i got it fixed up and braced (support) now...

    Asad moak89: hey great race wit Waqas even wit leaking manifold ....... tht crack sure lose a lot of power......dude get a branded manifold n which turbo u gettin now? u racing wit Isloo/Lhr ppl.....wen r they coming?
