    Almost everyone in Pakistan is doing corruption to the extent they can. Our leaders are doing at the level they can do. So why should we complain?

    In the F***ing conditions as in our country where dust drainage water is always present Carbs r better suited. When u go for a service wash they don,t care about the EFI unit while washing the engine bay thats a serious threat.

    I would disagree with that. I have a 96 Civic. Whenever I go for a service, the engine bay is always washed with water. It's been done hundreds of times and I've never had a problem.

    I already have Baleno EFI but I was not aware of Honda 1995 that is why I asked the question as I am planing to buy it.

    Why EFI is not good in our country? Why people prefer Carby over EFI?

    There is nothing wrong with EFI. It's a major improvement over carby engines. However the people in this country are not receptive to change. Starting with the mechanics. They are used to working on the carby engines. Most of them are illiterate and don't want to learn about the new EFI engines. That is why they recommend carby. Secondly not everyone goes to the dealership to get their car fixed. They turn to these illiterate mechanics who feed them the same story.

    EFI engines are very reliable. I drive a 96 Civic and have never had a problem with the EFI system. I would always prefer it over carby.

    I have c95. I,ve changed the fuelling from carb to EFI. Efi is way more better than carbs..same engine same everything, just by making it fuel injected,my car showed great changes in fuel efficiency and pick up.

    There's no doubt EFI is way more efficient but biggest problem with it is mechanics issue there aren't enough mechanics for it and the dealers r biggest chors ever to roam the earth they charge way too much and honda maintaience isn't that cheap. One of may friend has a civic 2000 has is going through big problems with EFI even honda people can't understand it RPM always stays at 2000 he is now re grating the day he sold his 95. If u can afford these types of extra charges for maintance then there is no problem with EFI.

    How did you manage to do that? I'm guessing it was a matter of changing ECU Protocols. Or did you have to get a piggy back ECU?

    ...or a new ECU? Please do share...

    @Ehsan4808
    Yes please share it with us. I am sure it will be very inforamtion for most of us.

    @all,
    I think EFI is no more a complicated technology for our mechanics too. They have learned alot about it and now they are able to treat EFI as well. And yes, It is better than carby engines I think. Just one concern, which one has better pickup???
    Thank you,
