Default Problem with check light in Civic-VTI

    Dear all,
I am facing a problem with my Civc 97 VTI CNG, when i reduce my speed even from 60, by freeing accelerator paddle, check light comes ON and pick down. It becomes normal immediate when i switch OFF and start engine again.

Any one can guide me to fix the problem, coz mechanic are unable to diagnose the original problem.

    Thanx
