Default HONDA Civic choking , coughing PROBLEM

my vti recently started to cause some problem of choking on petrol and CNG aswell. like its no breathing well. very rough idling on petrol doesnt even idel on CNG.
Got the throttle body cleaned 2 months ago (so cant be it)
rpm. the car runs rough when i rev it.
Ab normal and irregular sounds come from the exhust.
sound comes from the air filter box when reved above 3.5 with little air.
I EVEN REMOVED the air filter no improvement.

can it be a faulty o2 sensor

    Choked exhaust

    some leak from the vaccum
    water in the injection system
Past cant be brought back ..but future can be made even better than the Past..if one wants to.. ....

    thanx for replying

and estimate for valve job how much time will it take. my car is in fsd.i think the engine will sieze of run too long like this(if i go to lhr). i dont know mechanics in fsd.they tend to fool a person(especially civic owners ) if he is not aware of the problem and rip him off.

first ill try a genral tune up(and keep my fingers crossed) eg.
injector clean up(never gotem cleaned before)
sparl plugs have done 80 k kms
Past cant be brought back ..but future can be made even better than the Past..if one wants to.. ....

Have you ever changed the fuel filter?

i presume that the feul filter only works for the petrol fuel not for the CNG.then why abnormal behavior with CNG( i might be wrong).

i guess the spark plugs are to be blamed

coz at first i began to get poor milage only 60 kms in 200 rs of gas.
then the car started missing, lack of acceleration then stalling and hard starting.(the engine seems very much silent than normal )

    any recomended spark plugs
Past cant be brought back ..but future can be made even better than the Past..if one wants to.. ....

If the car is on CNG then you can rule out the fuel filter. Better start by checking out the plugs.
