    Anyone selling honda civic 2008 with hybrid technology???
    How much it would cost me?
    Is it reliable and worthy car in pakistan?

    I did my research on Hybrid. They are good car but no performance. They save money if you drive in city mostly. They cost almost twice of regular civic. And hybrid battery last for around 150k miles and new hybrid batteries cost about 7-10k$ to be replaced.
    Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

    I am just giving figures from US market. Any Pakistani importer can answer it better on true pricing. They are charging 5k$ premium on top of Msrp in USA. I am assuming since this car to be import and cost + duty + premium will add up approx twice the price of local assembled Civic.
    Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

    @topracer,

    There isn't any premium in Japan though, the car is readily available (used). The car costs about 17 lack rupees these days with the importers margin. Thats a 2005-2006 model

    The duty bracket is 1300 CC for it.

    He was asking for 2008 model. BTW they need to ship all those cars to USA. They have a waiting list of 6-8 months here.
