Default Civic 2004 Auto: Brake Paddle Rubber...

Where to get this rubber pad? Believe me, I checked almost all shops on Montgomery road and could not find brake paddle rubber for Civic 2004 Automatic!

Anyone knows where to get it?

    Thanks..

You should make custom ones from any mochi. I also got these for my mehran its almost 4 years old and still looks new. And tell him to make those from leather.

Did you tried at LongMan rubber shop Montgomery Road, they can try to fit in any smilar size.

I think it would be little hard to find it out in Billal Gunj, you would be required to spend time.

    suzukialtomehran, hahahs cool!

arazas, yes I tried that shop. They gave me one but it was too small. I tried it but no success and then I had to get my money back.

I think I should look for a mochi now!

NaXuN, yes I tried that one plus Lahore rubber and one other I forgot the name. On few decoration shops, I did find those colorful and shiny ones that comes as a set. Did anyone try those? How is the grip on those?

I think I will visit Bilal Gunj.

Thanks to all of you for your helpful suggestions.

I have a 96 Civic, it has been driven over 190000 km, besides slight fading from the edge, the brake rubber is still in excellent shape. It is sad to see that the more localized our cars become, the less reliable they are and the more expensive they become to maintain.

You should check the Honda dealership first, I'm sure they'll have it. Instead of running here and there looking for it and wasting fuel, it might be actually cheaper to get it from the dealership.

Getting near to 60K. Bottom right corner of rubber was showing bit of metal underside and this is where it put my foot for break. It a bit of habit although not good. Rest of rubber was in good condition.

And I think you already know that normally, in auto trans break is used more often.
