Listen Omer please be relax . You can find plenty of links regaring engine check light on pakwheels and in result you will conclude same as mention above. If engine check light is appear in petrol mode, then do check . or else If you unplu your battery terminals its reset ECU and may be your light gone for some period of time , but may be after some time its re-apper. I personlay advice you to musr run your car regularly on petrol beside using on CNG. My daily drive is total 120Km on motorway and in city . I noramally drives motorways on petrol and in city I use CNG.

Whenever I use CNG check engine light is ON but when I shift to petrol its gone. Its now more then 2 year we are driving like same , and have no issues at all with vitz. In start I was also very nervous, but now after 2 years , I am so use to of it on CNG, that never bother to notice that light . ( BUT ONLY IN CNG MODE)

    Regards, Ashar

CNG is killer for automatic transmissions and it really F***ed the electronics of the car

It took me 2 months to find out Steermatic which never smells CNG lot of people install CNG in Automatic cars and than they enter in the fast flowing river of problems

    Pick up problem
    Electronic power steering problem
    CD changer problem
Sensors of gear shifting not responding properly
    Ideal control system problem.

The bottom line is when the dam CNG mechanics cut the wires the problem starts

CNG, automatic cars & electronic are not good friends

LMAO^^^^^^^ U mean CD changer problem is due to CNG..... o bhai bahir kisi ko na keh dena, maray ga.....

Steermatic is CVT... there is a huge difference in CVT and normal autos....

    No pickup problem
Power steering ka CNG se kia taluq bhai?
    CD Changer LMAOOOOO
Sensor of gear, yes, for that get MAP2 advancer installed instead of standard advancer
Ideal control.... u mean idle? bhai it can easily b fixed...

Im saying all this on the base of my personal observation as im driving civic 2002 prosmatec with CNG in it and ur saying just cuz of ur self-made assumption as ur driving petrol
