i would say discs or fluid....

the problem only occurs once the brakes are warm, correct?

then it has to be either break fluid, discs or pads...

any other part would still be faulty if hot or cold.
with great power comes great responsibility........

I am also thinking to again change the pads with any other brand or with kabli ones.

i dont think its a brake fluid fault because i am using one of the best fuild available in the market.

Beside This A Good Person Is Needed To Do All The Work ....!! A Dumb person Just Messes Around With No Solution..i have Experienced It Before and Just A Lil Issue And Replacing All...Other Person Just Did It Doing One Single Thing...So Be Careful On This Too.....And I Doubt It To Be A Booster And Bleed Brakes Well..No Air Should Be Stucked Inside....!!

I had the same issue with my XE 2000 (though I didn't travel on hilly areas), my brake got hard after a little use. The fault was in upper cylinder (ooper wala as it's called). There's a lever *** piston just behind the brake pedal that goes into the cylinder. The seals or it's end might be leaking. You can get this checked from inside by close inspection. I first got the lower cylinder changed but that didn't help, but replacing that piston and getting that cylinder cleaned did it for me. I'll look for the piston and post its pics here if and when I find it.
