I have been searching window washer fluid, but not available anywhere. So I have started using mineral water. I think though distelled water would do fine and will not choke the lines and nosels. Somebody said add a mixture of Glint and plain water. A chota at Toyota workshop suggested water with pentene shampoo.

But @Storm suggestion sounds good. White vinegar would help keep the lines unchoked and remove dirt fast from the window glass.
Be polite on the road. Always give way to others, particularly ambulances and pedestrians.

Honestly i dont think it matters at all, though if you want good results then put water and mix a little glint in it. Results are awesome although in one of my car's i cant enjoy this as during a small collision the sensor broke and doesn't work anymore
