Drive to Montgomery Road, behind Provinical Assembly Building. Ask 3 or 4 car accessory shop walas for conversion of power windows and whoa.... you would be...guided to the right place. Don't pay more than 9000 including labour and wiring. Yes, remember one thing...Motor speed...if it is slow...the window going up too slow, just have the whole damn thing replaced immediately....it would be a constant agony later on. Have the motors of GLi installed instead on some other model's canibalised one.

P.S. I am in Islamabad and have hearsay knowledge about Lahore and its current cultural values, albeit being a Ravian.

I don't want to be called a power windows doctor.

@sasifh. First advise. Resist the temptation of installing power windows. (Its a nuisance). No? The urge is overwhelming? Ok. Go to F-10. Just before the Shell petrol station, there a small lane. Turn in. Look for Shaikh Autos. Ask him for original ALTIS (Corolla Thailand) Powerwindows. If he has got them, have them installed from some good (repeat good) electrician. Cost....a few months back he was asking 10000. Don't pay more than 8000 including labor charges. Again... pay attention to motor speed. Slow means trouble.

If he has not got it, come back to Blue Area, near the Bolan Saltish and pizzera. Go to the mezzanine floor. There is a car accessories shop. Name? Forgot. But there is only one. You can locate that. Repeat the whole shaikh procedure.

I hope I was of some help. After you install the PW, invite me at the food street, although I have gouty arthritis, still I would eat and relish.

Nobody is listening to Akbar who says Hasnain needs a treat.
@vajih102 In F-10, along Sufi Restaurant, there is a shop "IKRAAM AUTOS". Ask for Shahid Electrician. Tell him the problem. You can refer my name, if required. He is quite expert.
