Default Stock size of 2005 Corolla

Can any one please tell me what is the stock size of tyres of 2005 Corolla (2.0D Saloon). The tyres currently installed are slighted bigger. They are worn out and need to be replaced...so i am planning to replace them with stock size but with slightly wider ones..

also which would be the best buy keeping in view service and economy both....sometime back i saw most of the ppl recommendign Yoko C drive.....any latest recommendations on this...thanks.

    Sir

Get the Yoko DB V550, much better then C drive for a soft ride and long life.

Or else go for SP Sports 9000 (imported) for sporty handling and grip.

195/55 R15 is the near perfect size, if you want to go bigger, also compliment your tires with some high quality alloys.

YOKO Smuggled? have proper dealership and comes with warranty. Once I bought Aspec from NUWHEELS, Gharibabad and after 6 months it had a bulge, they replaced me without charging a single penny. I even can tell you the importer as well as an acquaintance of mine is doing customs clearance for them.

Selling your brand is OK but not by misrepresentation at all. Thats bad business.

    Cheers,

    Thumbs up

My Dear friend is not only OK but its really very good to sell own brand because we have one of the World's Finest brand,
As far as Yoko are concerned you your self telling that you purchase the one and got bulge on it in just 6 months, if the tires is giving the service like that than i dont think being tire person i should recommend this tire to one here, We purchase tire for ease of mind, not for the warranty and changing issues.
And yeas all YOKO is not in smuggling but its really very difficult for customer to buy genuine product from the market coz 70% tire in the market is smuggled.

And again if you want original YOKO goto City tires , Khalid bin walid, 0300 8296666 they have Original imported Yokohama tires with warranty cards.

    Be Happy
    Cheers

Now you are diverting the issue, earlier all YOKOS were smuggled now 70% so as you said 70% tyres are smuggled then how come they do not smuggle CONTINENTAL if this tyre is SO GOOD?

Then if YOKOs are so bad than why you are keeping them, don't they get bulge as I have said?

There's no problem in selling your own brand but don't climb on others back to prove you are taller. Lying is morally and religiously wrong and thats what you did, to prove CONTINENTAL are not smuggled and rest are.

If I will have little bit of common sense the I will not buy anything from you 'cause those who can lie about one thing can lie about other as well.

    Cheers,
    Kaleem

    Xli/GLI/2.0d had 175/70/r14

    2.od saloon and SE saloon/Altis has 185/65/r14
Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.

    Sirs

We should stick to the topic.

I will not favor buying smuggled tires.

I will however favor Mr n4nomi, if anyone has imported good tires and paid the import duty on it he can sell it at any price he wants.

It is not our duty to investigate all consumer products and curb smuggling or maintain the balance of payment.

Continental are premium tires and they have a much higher brand image and reputation then YOKOhama, Yokohama's have some outstanding tires like S drive, Db V550, db spec E and Advan sport but their mainstream tires are not very talented.

I will rate Continentals even higher then Michelin and Pirelli and equal to Bridgestones for their quality control and tread design.

    Regards
