    Default Standard corolla in KSA

    hi guys,

I have recently bought a slightly used corolla 2010, it is the standard one with 1.6 lit engine and auto transmission, here are some snaps i have taken, have a look at it, i think its exactly same as we have 1.3 xli in pakistan (2010, corolla owners can tell) althought its something big for me as it is my first ride without contribution from my father

I bought this car for 48k saudi riyal which is 10 lacs pakistani ruppees, it was little on higher side as it is toyota certified used one and has only 7000km on clock and was 3 months old. I feel i was lucky as people who have been to saudi can understand it is very hard to find a used car with such condition there, saudis drive really rough!

And how was this reply of yours in any way related to what Mehran posted?

Actually i got the fact that toyota has always been a market leader as they give wide range of options suiting your pocket, and so far they use to give good value of money, if i would be having some extra money in hand i would for sure go for 1.6 xli executive trim, here in saudi which gives power windows, sensors, cd players etc. this one is the basic one which they name as 1.6 fleet trim with a difference of almost 7k SAR. So it depends on you what you can afford. Same thing is in pakistan they give you xli, gli (1.3) and 1.8 altis... so there is nothing wrong with toyota, they introduce their product on safest saturation phenomena rather than taking risks.

if you refer JDM as a used car imported from Japan, then its not, but yeah this car is made in JAPAN and then imported brand new to saudi as all other toyotas being sold here.

No matter if it does not have indicators on rear view mirrors which is nothing but a SHASHKA but @all note down the better build quality and outer power mirrors, engine immobilizer and chromed door inner bazzles which we are unable to see here in Pakistani craps(even top of the line) and I'm sure that this model is equipped with ABS and might be SRS Air Bags.@poster please clear.
