    Default finally i swap 4age 20valve in my corolla

    AOA bros finally i decide to swap engine in my corolla 94. i got a very nice and clean engine. it cost me 30k included my engine. today i bring the engine to the work shop and tomarrow INSHALLAH i will swap it with my 2e.
    price of engine 60k
    my engine in exchange 30k
    fitting 2k
    electrician 1.5k
    engine include complete uncut wireing/sensors/5 speed gear box/ axle/ecu/compressor/sulf/gernator/clutch disc i m uploading the pics of 1st day rest i will post soon

    this is a nice engine , i myself would be interested in owning one of those motors.

    haha thts true ... now im really inclined towards 4age ....60k is awesome price imo! but thts peshawar again and in lahore that too for charade its a torture lol .... budget speaks fr itself haha ^^

    Get a walbro ! also you need to work on your suspension setup !

    and one more thing ! 5sp Transmission is better then a 6sp one in a 4age ! search it over and you`ll know what i am talking about ..!

    One Suggestion After watching video...!1
    you are going to hard for it in 1st gear...just too hard....!! don't run this thing on local fuel.....hitting limiters !! its for your betterment.......!! engine is great but running it like that will make it weaker in some days as per conditions you are using it....!!
    treat it well and it will serve you long lasting.....!!

    thanks for your suggestion brother but as u know high octane is not availible in peshawar so i am using super instead of high octane.

    Then My sugesstion will Be To retard Timing ....!! make it somewhere 4-5 Degress BTDC...!!
    knock and detonation is killer of these engines....!high CR engines mara...

    noo...timing From Distributor...!!
    take car in diagnosis mode and then adjust timing and make it bit retard.....as i said...4-5 degress maxxx or more till you don't fell any knock...

    use power frm 3rd and 4rth gear,,

    well ,,4rth might get too fast, but 3rd gear is enjoyable on freeway.

    dont rev hard on 1st and start of 2nd, trying to smoke a car with less power,, because you cant ,, both cars spin wheels on local roads. this is wasting power

    try not to race with new corolla or civic,, you driving a seperate twin cams engine, and they are on single cam and sissor cam, so show some respect to others,

    low end power in single cam is pretty good,, both cars will waste fuel spinning wheels and get nowhere at launch..

    so keep yr launch padel soft if you want to keep yr engine and tyres,, its pretty hot weather and 20v engines dont like too hot temp.

    wait for winter, your car will be more responsive on gentle touch of padel.

    look for coilovers suspension, that will help in smoother launch power.

    do tune up yr rear brakes, you dont want tailing out at braking.
