Its been a Long time since i am after this. In the past i though of having HID's which i did but Now i know without a proper Projector Hid's are worse then Halogens.

I dont have much to spend my Maximum budget will be around 15k so is it possible to get my self a Good quality projector ?

Retrofitting is a fairly simple job. Buy couple of HID projectors. You should be able to buy a pair for around 40 bucks.
Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

    Not true.

HID Projectors are better than Halogen Projectors, but I don't want to derail this thread so please look up the thread I posted.

qwerts: Good luck with the project, you should get some projectors off a CL7/CL9. Those are one of the best single beam HID projectors and will work well in your car since your car has separate bulbs for high beam.

Now question is How much will i get the Cl7/9 Projectors for ?
New/Old ? and if old how will i judge their condition ?

    Expertise for the retrofit?
Now what wiring will be needed ? will the corolla's stock bulb adapter changed?

Cost I cannot say in Pakistan, but go here and the projectors, plus the shroud and the wiring will cost $280
PNP Upgrade: Low Beam - Complete Kits from The Retrofit Source LLC

You already have the ballasts which you can use with these bulbs as it comes with the AMP/D2S adapter.

Expertise: Anyone can do it with the required tools.

Momin based on your recommendations for CL 7 / CL 9 I went and checked out at the local junkyard (Bilal Ganj). Complete headlights are for 40,000!!!!. You can't get the projectors seperately.

I am still looking for economical projectors for a an HID setup.

That's a bummer. Have you tried contacting the guys in the link I gave above. Maybe you could have them shop to Pakistan if it lies within your budget. That way you'll receive all wiring and it will be almost plug and play.

its all about the MONEY. and in pakistan budget buyer has to settle with some thing cheap and compromise on quality or he just drops the idea.

and i think you should get some HID series IPF or light force 8inch lights and you'll be fine

Cygnus or LX470 from '98 to '04 comes with Halogen projectors with H1 bulbs
they can be modified at the bulb holder to accomodate H1 HID bulb and provide excellent output.
'05 onwards Lexus or Cygnus has Factory HID projectors
Infact the new Lexus LS460 has the biggest, baddest Bi-Xenon projector known to mankind. LOl
I have acquired a pair of LX470 and 2 pairs of Acura TSX / CL9 for retrofit. i'll show you the difference with some pics.
