Default Corolla XLI Almost fianl Looks

    Hello to every one,

I have been posting pictures of my XLI ever since I installed those crappy Rims and that awful looking grill. Grill issue is still pending though LOL

Anyways, After replacing those horrid rims with Altis Rims, O posted a few pictures under the thread "Altis Rims on XLI" I must say I had some terrific insights from you guys regarding future mods.

Special great advice was not to put side skirts of Altis. Thank you.

Today after the paint job (matching side mirrors, door knobs and mud flappers), I was a happy camper.

Here is the first look. GRILL STILL NEEDED TO BE CHANGED .........

yep, that's the right way to go. Simple and decent. Tell him to get a nice set of rims and he is golden.

Anyways I am thinking along the lines of getting the Monograms of XRS from Dubai next month. LOL

Maybe i can fool an educated thief. Corolla's being stolen big times around here.
Cant he see the steering Wheel and Air bags not present and Rear Bumper? I can easily differntiate between Local and Imported ones especially White COlor as we have Milky White and JAP/CAN/GER/EUR cars have shinning White.
Also the feel is different on the Imported Cars, with atleast 2 Air Bags, ABS as basics with Collision Test Passed cars.

Not everyone is well versed in car details. Just a few days before today I was a total cell phone ignorant. Since my trusty i-mate finally died after 6 years of faithful service I started digging into new models. I found out that my 13 year old son knows tons more.

So it's all about interest......... Besides it was dark and he was a thorough Gentleman and was not peaking inside the car.

If he really saw some UK/Euro Model from Exterior then also can easily check (if he saw), For XRS look you can mode but i think you should do those changes on at least ALTIS, as on Road you will be under powered although looks would be excellent.

For the moment I am keeping my car the way it is now. Looks very cool and kinda look different to what people has done already to the max (Altis conversion)

All thanks to great guide lines I got here ......... God willing If i can get a good season this year I will opt for a Red GLI in march. Love that color.

Red Color obviously looks good but in long run you start being fed up of it, your current ride looks are very nice so i think keep it atleast a year, unless you have some issues of Brakes which i think are not apparent in this Corolla. I suggest if you are looking to upgrade then go for ALTIS or some import.

Your car looks nice but the Rims and Tyre Profile you are using will cause to ruin you Car Suspension and Cabin Feel as car would be alot bumpy as compare to stock size. Also Altis Rims gives some small elegance to look. As right now look is more suited for Boys Driving.
Still its your thing if you like it this way then keep it this way. Apna aap kush rakho Sarri Duniya to khush nahi raeh sakti na.
