    Default corolla suspension guidance required.

    Dear Pakwheelers,

My indus corolla suspension is very hard. although its soundless but i feel even minor bumps on road. there is no sound produced on jumps etc but drive is not comfortable.

What is the solution for it. replacing complete suspension? replacing spring? replacing or repairing or shocks?

Where should i go for its solution, shop/mechanic in rwp/isb.

    Thanks in Advance.

get your suspension inspected by your mechanic and see what he says. and dont go for repairing just put in new shocks and dont delay it because other things can wear out too becasue of worn shocks

i had the whole front 'hissa' redone....also included shocks overhaul (not just measly repair but proper overhaul). got it done from saeed brothers. the total cost of whole job including 2 cvt joints n whole kaabli power steering n a ton of other stuff was around 22-24k. shocks i guess wud've cost around 3-5k in all max. get em overhauled. there is 'dora shock wala' in pindi here too. both are good. id suggest getting all 4 shocks overhauled/ replaced depending on what ur budget allows.

B4 overhaul: car used to 'hit' a speedbreaker
After overhaul: car now absorbs the impact, actually it doesnt feel like an impact anymore....more like smooth sailing

it the car is soundless then u should check its shocks from a good mechanic and tyres could be another reason, if needs replacement then do change them.. u'll feel a huge difference
