Refreshed Corolla is ready and available in almost all markets. What Toyota Pak is doing is waiting for all new 2012 Honda Civic. This is Toyota's move to cover All new for 2012 Civic which is expected to come with many engine options(City's 1.3 in new Civic is a no brainer) this time.
Assume Honda gives us 2012 'less than 1800cc' Civic for GLi money, than surely Toyota will loose many sales to Honda. So this is Toyota's move to make Corolla more attractive and fight their chief rival Civic.
Saray log Civic Civic he na karnay lag jayen when new Civic will be launched. Toyota is making sure they also have something new and Civic doesn't steal all the limelight.
I won't be surprised if new Civic and refreshed Corolla reach showrooms around the same time in Pakistan.

"They are different but cannot work alone,
So, all of them have to be present, otherwise they are all useless"
EBD, EBA and many more are new braking software technologies which help/assist main braking system. So they may or may not be present in a ABS equipped car.
EBD(Send most braking power to wheels with most traction or some system sends power to wheels with lowest traction. The job is to make car as stable as possible under braking)
EBA(Improve braking in sudden panic situations by applying full pressure)
ABS is a pretty standard thing and very old compare to new technologies like EBA, EBD...etc.
