Selection of fabric became an issue too .. I wanted leatherette matching the colour of the dashboard ... but that was not readily available .. so we opted for off-white leatherette ... and it did not match the colour of the A-pillar

I could not take photos of the fourth part i.e. the installation of tweeter pods ... Amir was busy, and it was 10 pm and I had to travel ..

Amir quickly made a hole on the side of pod for the tweeter wire and installed ... owing to imperfection of FG fabrication and then thick layers of foam, the tweeter pods are not a perfect fit, although they focus properly on the head rests of opposite side ...

InshaAllah, I will remove the imperfection some days later ... and I would surely look for proper colour matched leatherette ...

The top LCD on a 5D MKII spontaneously cracked; Another 5D MKII had a jambed on lens caused by a loose screw, a 1Ds MKIII reported intermittent problems; a 1D MKIII kept reporting Error 99; one Hasselblad reported electronic lens connection problems; two Canon G9's failed (no G10s had any reported problems), and a Nikon 80-400mm lens came apart. No Nikon bodies (mostly D700s) failed in any way.
Moral: Taking cameras to such places is not a good idea; if you want; take some cheap point and shoot thing or prepare/arrange proper protection

You are right .. now a good idea to take an expensive camera to rugged area and rough environment. My EOS malfunctioned at 19000 ft altitude and then did not work at all.

Next time, I will take a rugged camera along

This looks like a difficult work, the mould inside the leather cover took long to become the finish product.

I do love my birth city Karachi. The cool sea breeze in the night has a revitalizing effect on me and gives me energy this is what I miss in Islamabad, so am on the roof top enjoying the old hits of Nusrat Fateh Ali. Neighbours getting know that I am back in town
