    I have 2004 2.0d saloon in very good condition every thing is perfect but the only problem is diesel price 98/ltr want to need expertise regarding engine swap to same shape 2004 se saloon are altis with out cut and welding......<o:p></o:p>

    any same year corolla engine will fit - no cutting welding required.

    Dont go for it, I wont recommend it.

    Although no cutting would be required, One must work in a very dedicated manner with go get a conversion fully right.

    Stick with the diesel, if it returns 15km/l, stick with it. Otherwise get it to function properly.

    yes i get 10 to 11 km/l with AC in city and 14 to 15 km/l with AC in long

    Yes if i swap i will do good quality to change every bit

    Sell it, and buy a SE Saloon,

    Will be a lot easier

    Do you know approx what price you would get for (trading in) your old diesel engine, provided that it is in a good condition...?
    Given that the car is of great emotional importance to you, in that case if I were you, I would keep such a car all original.
    If its of intermediatery importance, and you would end up selling it after some years, then better sell it now!

    get a 2zzge or 1zzge 3zz sucks and plz do your homework i had a 05 2.0d saloon great car wanted to swap but its unpractical sold it now have a 04 se saloon
