Default Engine Oil For Gli 2011

On first oil change, I have used 20w-50 TOYOTA engine oil. My mechanic says that i should use 10w-30 or 5w-xx oil. Now i want to ask whether i should go for
    1-Mineral Oil
    2-Caltex Havoline
    OR
    3-Should use the same.

if a person is using mineral oil before and wants to shift to this one what he needs to do? just drain old oil n put in this or some special cleaning process etc involved first

@dms664 I think you can go ahead straight away or just pour the little bit from the new bottle and let it drain as it has 4L and usually our cars need less than 4L. that's what i dis when I switch from Honda oil from mobil1.
