    Default Gli Automatic fuel consumption

Hey guys have to decide whether buy 1.3 gli manual or 1.6 gli automatic?

I mean is 1.6 gli fuel efficient?

Can CNG be installed in it?

How much is registration and tax of 1.6 gli?

All the answers to above questions will make me decide buying 1.3 gli or 1.6 gli auto......

1:GLI AT is very fuel efficient.Average is same as Altis Cruisetronic which gives 13km/l in city and 18km/l on highway.
2:No CNG will not run good in this car.
    3:check mtmis.punjab.gov.pk

Dont ever think of going for GLI 1.3 if your budget is OK

i guess he meant, the car isnt fun to drive, and im pretty much with him. Somehow the car lacks the fun a 1.3L should have. Probably due to its big size or what so ever. The minimum power plant in this giant should be the a 1.5L engine, since 1.6 is the only option i guess its better.
Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.

one thing i could never understand about people here is,
they want a car with maximum options, good power house

and they expect it to do 20km/litr as well.

    @mubeen
1.6 gli cannot do 13km/litr in city. i dis agree
Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

@rizwaan400, quoted these averages, roughly may 1.3 gives me a fuel average of 10, and so does my 9th Gen gli.

But the owners of the new 1.6L Claim to geting around 12 easily. Maybe the Auto doesnt, But the manual ones can manage 12km/L easily.

n as far as mileage is concerned 1.3 gli will not give u more than 13 or max 14 km/l in city n i m sure gli 1.6 will atleast give u 10 11 km/l in city so whts the big difference.............

Yeah I own it and I know that it is a bit underpowered.
Actually I was a bit surprised on the way he gave the verdict that "Donot go for it as it is crap".

u always come up with fairy tales. how on earth a gli can give 13 or 14 in local??
Your grandchildren will likely find it incredible - or even sinful - that you burned up a gallon of gasoline to fetch a pack of cigarettes!
