Default Just got my ac renovated in my 76'Corolla 3k Engine

I would like to tell you guys that I already have a geniune sanden Compressor with all geniune parts install in my 76 corolla, but in the recent times of excessive traffic jams and excessive heat my car used to get heated up while standing on standstill points so I decided to do something to maintian the temperature of the car.

    1. Insulating the car to the max, * So installed original Door Rubbers, and made the car air tight.

    2. Blower speed increased while installing a good quality relay

    3. Got a poop Fan installed on the front jali of ac which turns on when ac turns on

So the changes are brilliant :-

    1. Feels like ultimate chill in the compartment even chill at the back.

    2. No Noise Pollution, Sound Proof

    3. Car temperature remains Normal, I dont need to turn off ac at signals and standstill points

Will Take pictures and show you guys

lol - the post of poop fan was..

poop = what you do on the toilet, in this case - the original small fans in cars are POOP fans - and you replace them with a BUTCH or BEEFY fan. Which I believe you have.

    @OP
    Nice work!
Glad the hear that your AC is working fine now.
One of the most difficult things in the world is to know how to do something, and to watch without comment, somebody else do it incorrectly.

Yes - thats what a fan should be - STRONG and POWERFUL. and enough to start a little "toofan" in the engine bay.

The fan must be louder than your average mehran, civic, corolla toy fans.

as the ac guy is a my old friend too he charged me 1200/- for the fan, fan is used but in good condition I would recommend this for older cars like mine resolves Engine Heating problems and in returns gives a better cooling.

I have about 6 of these fans at my home in karachi, Ive shown Dani80pk how much air they move.

All the ones I have are 13 inch in diameter with heavy duty motors. When installed in Khyber, margalla or any japanese car etc, they are wayyy louder than the engine itself at idle. and if you are wearing loose clothing - you should stay away from the bumper as it will pull them into its blades.

I bought them used at Rs 2000/ piece and they suck up about 18 to 20 amps at full speed depending on load. If you use a regular denso round metal 22A relay - it will burn out its contact points in short time, The relay needed for this fan is the 40A Bosch cube relay with a snubber to absorb the backwash.
