Default Corolla ae101 Reg. Light Help.

    Sup Guys!
As most of you might know, I started working on a Corolla earlier this year.
Now as time passed, I want to change the bulbs of the tag lights ( The ones that shine on the number plate). Can anyone tell me how to open it? I mean does it prise open with a screw driver or do I need to open it from the inside of the boot lid?
And before I open it, does it use the same T10 bulb as the Parking light?

    Thanks in advance!

Either there are screws on the outside our from inside the trunk.

    2 possibilities:

    1. The license plate bulb probably has a clear plastic cover. If the cover has screws, remove the screws, pop off the clear plastic color, and change the bulb. If the cover doesn't have screws, look behind the fixture to see if
there is a way to remove the bulb from behind.

    2. Open your trunk and remove the fasteners for the fabric cover. Inside you will see the back of the plate lamps. Pull the wire straight out carefully, then turn the bulb holder and pull it out. Replace the bulb and put it back together.

and yes the bulbs are same as cornering aka parking lights

Went down to the car and checked it. It was a rather simple twist-lock access. But the bulb is not the same as the parking lights, its just a basic 2-pin bulb.

It's called a "macchie" (fish) bulb in local lingo.

Can't just walk into a shop and ask for a ''macchie'' bulb in Ireland.
I think the correct name for that would be 207 bulb.
