remove the ignition coils and dry them out. - please remember that you are supposed to clean the engine not drown it with high pressure water.

unplug your battery wires from battery terminal and after a minute again install and then check your car on petrol

Engine wash is a coincidence, Your petrol injetors are clogged due to running on CNG and Pakistani Petrol. Get them cleaned if possible or replace them. This is acommon problem in CNG driven EFI cars.

it can also be due to losing of current from one of your engines plug coil .This is very common when you wash a car and the plug coil gets shot and starts losing current. Check it as well.

have you tried as Xulfiqar suggested?

it only started after you gave bath-before-burial to engine so do as he suggested.

use a blower to BLOW dry the current carrying leads.

Is the misfiring constant or random? If constant, locate the problematic cylinder and move the ignition coil to the next cylinder, if the misfire follows, the coil is culprit - if not, then swap the injectors, if the misfire follows to the next, the injector is bad.

If it still remains on the same cylinder, inspect wiring of the injector and ignition coil with a noid light (LED tester), if OK then your cylinders valve seats are burnt out.

You can also do the noid test before unbolting anything to check the electrics.
