Exclamation Corolla GLi 2008 startup problem

The car in question belongs to a friend. 100K Km on the clock with CNG, mostly driven on CNG. It does not start easily after being stalled for 1-2 hours. Need to manually switch to CNG and Petrol alternatively and giving long self start tries, and it eventually starts. Runs fine on Petrol and CNG otherwise.

Another option to start is by putting a few drops of petrol in the opening of pipe leading from Valve cover to the air filter (marked in the picture). PS. The picture is not of the car in question, but a randomly picked picture from the internet.

Once hot, the car starts fine, but cold starts are the basic problem.

Toyota 3S mechanics first advised replacement of injectors. When argued that in case of bad injectors, the car should demonstrate missing while driving as well. Then they advised replacement of fuel pump. This shook our confidence and we decided to call for experts' help on this forum.

    Please help!

get the fuel line flushed and change fuel filter. to test the fuel pump convert car on petrol let it run for a minute shut down engine remove the fuel line feed to injector rail and place it in a 1.5 liter plastic bottle switch on and crank engine few times see the fuel flow it must a stream of liquid fuel not coughing.

if it is ok then get the engine sorted for petrol running refresh -service the distributor once car is FIT on petrol then visit your CNG Ustad.

Default Petrol smell from Dip Stick

    Gli Corolla 2005.
The car runs smoothly. The only problem I have is the smell of Burning Petrol. Dip Stick also smells like Petrol.
Ive shown to Toyotta Eastern motors. They have done the tuning but the problem is still there. They tell to pour some Injector cleaner. But is that worth it? Plus the car runs smoothly without A/c but when the A/c is on the Gari ghuti ghuti chalti hai.

Can somebody please me with this?

    oil level is ok
    spark plugs ok
    fuel filter ok
