Smile Altis now with navigation system

Today Indus Motor Co. arranged training for their upcoming new Navigation system.
This navigation system is planned to install in all ALTIS vehicles delivered from first week of March 2012 & onward. The best thing in this news is that this navigation is offered in all ALTIS models without any additional cost and offered to all existing and new bookings from March 2012 till any further change
Officially announcement will be expected in next Sunday newspaper.
According to source that this navigation is imported from Toyota Thailand and is the same offered by Toyota Thailand in their vehicles. Pakistan maps and software is loaded by C-Track. They also announce that this navigation is not being sold in market and also not offered to old ALTIS or any other vehicle.
I am trying to grab its manual and other info. If I got then I will upload. But for your info that this is really a better quality system and far better than the available navigation system range in market.

(Although the source of info is very reliable but i am not hold responsible for anything)

Stolen systems are avalible at audio shops, and UK systems are also avalible at scrap yards thoose include rear cameras aswell. Contact your audio person they should be able to arrange the software for you.

A friend got it for his civic he says sumone bot it from UK they sold there car hence he purchased the system of it for 36k. Navigation works, looks like rockmars. (ihavnt seen it)

Same case with Corolla even if the TrackerNAV system is made of Gold the shape/Design Cannot be altered as it has to fit in the same space.
Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.

im not sure but as per my knowledge, 1d4 and shimmering green are no more avalible, and replaced with wine red and the new blue shade.

Still im not 100% sure, Another thing that made me sure is that Gli limited edition was only offered in 1d4 and flaxen mica
Previously IMC was offering two shades of silver, classic silver (1D4) and Moonlight Silver (I forget its code). They discontinued those two silvers and then introduced one single silver called Medium Silver (1F8) from Oct/Nov 2011.

Wine Red was introduced to replace the red colour that the pre-facelift model had. And this new blue will replace the current strong blue. Which is a shame because strong blue is a very nice colour.

They don't reply to suggestions. If you have a problem with any dealership's service, or any problem with your car etc, they will respond and try to rectify it. I've had a bumper repaint problem (long story) and twice IMC employees themselves have inspected the car and tried to fix the problem.

PW members are writing this e-mail to convince TOYOTA INDUS to include IMMOBLIIZER in all IMC vehicles.

Medium silver is being offered by Indus motors since 2002, initialy this color was only being offered in Se-Saloons. The major point of this color being sooper dooper common is that this color was offered in Gli after the launch of 10th Gen.

The color code can be different between 9th Gen and 10th Gen Corollas but the color is there since along time now.

before you say me wrong, My mamus 2010 GLi that got stolen, My 2011 Jan Gli, My uncles 2002 Corolla SE-Saloon are all Medium silvers.

My dear Chinyoti why would I say you wrong? Anyway I had 2006 Moonlight Silver GLi before I sold it. As far as I remember, the silver in those models was Moonlight silver, not medium silver. I'm forgetting Moonlight Silver's code otherwise we could have tallied. But who cares?

The heart wants what the heart wants. I bet if Toyota offered lemon yellow some people would still buy that.

Now come to topic, leave the colour discussion for a while plz

Toyota Indus is ready to launch the Navigation and from tomorrow you will see the model unit at dealerships with navi software demo. Equipment is also coming soon for display at dealerships. As its not an optional product so maybe they will not focus much on print media or ads but tomorrow don't forget to check the newspapers. You may see the print media campaign.
The software they are using for navigation is AURA SYGIC. Same as many of us seen or have in their IPhones and Androids.
