Default Altis 1.6 auto: Need experts attention!

i got my altis 1.6 engine oil changed along with a so called tuning recommended by toyota dealership at first 10,000 km. In tuning they only cleaned the plugs and checked a few nuts under the body.
then after this car was fine for like 10 kilometers drive but then i refueled the car without switching the engine off and then when i put the car in D mode, car vibrated and did not move and it said on the display panel "check electronic power steering" but then i switched off the car and turned the steering right and left, started the car again and the car was totally fine and i have drove it more than 100 km after that it was trouble free.
Now i want to ask from experts esp. (Xulifqar bhai)
    why did that happen?
Should i take the car to toyota to get it checked for that messege or its fine since car is trouble free right now?

At 10K tuning, they clean up the TB, plugs, etc and charge 2.5K for it. However, after this they reset the ECU parameters using the OBD diagnostic systems, similar to Honda's HIM.
There is a chance that they might have screwed this reseting bit.

always shut down engine when doing fuel refill. specially with eletronic fuel pumps & EFI engines, when tank is filled the flood displaces the sediment in tank thus causing shudder in engines.

Plus it is necessary to kill the engine for safety reason.

Hope you are not inspired by wagon & truck drivers who keep reving the engines while refueling.

Sir while refuelling you might have turned your car steering to extreme left\right which can cause the EPS motor to over heat and your EPS light would have turn on and seen the message check electronic power steering but the system can still turn to normal if car is turn off for ten minutes even continuous steering input can cause the EPS motor to overheat (you can read it in owners manual)l but can be normal in ten minutes and please turn off car engine before refuelling so any impurities present in fuel can be filtered out by the fuel filter(nw this is my guess)

As your car is normal so need to go to Toyota dealership they will charge 500PKR for simple IT connectivity to check ECU errors in your car by the way you get your car work done from Toyota Gujranwala?

when car is off their is no power circulation in EPS motor so i don't think turning the steering in this condtion makes any affect on EPS motor(as told by my alighnment expert) but care should be taken into account when car is on(start) that time car's steering should not be turned to any extreme left/right for long time it can cause EPS motor to overheat condtion plz correct if am wrong

i never turned steering to extreme right or left. when the message appeared i just slightly turned the steering to left. turned off the car and turned it on again and then it was behaving totatlly normal. as far as i have figured out it was only due to refuelling while engine was on and something just went wrong but car came totally normal after a restart and till then it has covered like 600km and doing totally fine, even the pickup has significantly improved after the tuning and yes i am maintaining it with toyota grw.
