iguess that it can be done, the auto tranny of Toyota Probox etc should fit in since it shares the same engine.
Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.

get the autobox, both axle driveshafts, selector, pedal set, gauge cluster (if you fancy), A/T radiator and the ECU. - its a bolt on fit. It will require a little bit of wiring difference - which you can run an additional wiring loom to if you know the toyota shift and lock solenoid wiring along with NSS wiring which routes the main starter power, reverse lights and dash indicators.

This you find out yourself - if you dont know then might as well dont do it. This venture can become a parasite for money.

u should be able to find parts in the junk yard(sultan ka khoo )
but it would be rather hard to find a technical person who has or can do this work for u
Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

check out "ihaata Mithu Khan" in Rawalpindi Saddar (near Kamran Market/ Babu Mohala).....there u will find at least 30-40 shops dedicated for engine/transmission selling and swapping.... but as xulfiqar bhai said...if u dont know much about it...dont do it...as the venture can be costly for your pocket and nerves
