    5A-fe mai tappit nahi hote, aap diagnose karwalo, and ap ki gari k sath ksi ne cher char ki hai ya phir MAP k problem hai, engine hood mai left shock absorber jehan body mai mount hota hai near filter box wahan pe aik resitance hota hai us se setting hoti hai voltages set karne hote hain and fully daignose karwao. SER_GTR ne bohat acha guide kia hai...

    it does have tappets, they are only adjusted by replacing the adjustment shims on the lifters - expensive business. This car also would not have the "resistance" trim pot - it would be having an O2 sensor in place.

    ^^ Its Called O2 Sensor...And Its Will Happen if Its Broken And Fixed Again...!

    @Asad........You HAVE JDM Model AE110 So You Don't Have Variable Resistance...You Have O2 Sensor...I Am 80% Sure..Its Busted....

    2ndly....In Diagnosis Box....All You Need Is To Short TE1 And E1 W/o Touching Everything Else......Trust Me...Nothing Happen If You Do It Correctly...... But Short These Two Jumpers And retrieve Error Codes....

    BUTT

    If You Are Not Sure What To Do.......Get Some Help ...!

    ECU's Won't Blow Like This But We Don't Need Blown ECU Anyways......

    8km/L is Not A Bad Considering Auto And All factors....Get O2 And All Checked And Replace And Set Timing With GUn And It Will run Happy..So Many Factors Involved Like Xulfiqar Said..It Can Be Injectors Clogged or Low Fuel Rail Pressure....

    No Need To Mess With Tappets For Now....!!

    It Uses 2 Wire Or 4 Wire O2 Sensor(Heater Type) ????

    Depends On ECU Variants I think...End Models Use 4 Wire One...

    I used to have them good money. - the good thing about jap engines except odd ball ones like the 4AGE quad throttle, 2JZ GTE, Nissan RB etc. you can get a general NTK screw type sensor in 1 2, 3 and 4 pin configs, they come with no plug - you need to use your old wiring plug soldered to the new ones wiring.
