    Default Altis 2011 15,000KM Checkup?

    Salam.

Firstly I think this isn't the correct place to post my query but I couldn't find the right place. MODS please correct it.
Now, my 15000km check up is due. I want to know that what should I get done? At the 10000km checkup I spent around 10000 rupees and I dont want to spend much on this checkup. So what are the things that I "MUST" have done or replaced. Any idea how much this checkup costs?

    Thanks.

only engine oil needs to be changed and air filter should cleaned(if 10,000km service ) is done,
1-clean air filter with a blower
2-buy engine oil and oil filter from market
3- give 100 to some mech and he will change the oil total cost should be around 4k
you will find this info in the manual

Yeah If it wasn't for peace of my mind I would never go to them.

It's mentioned in your Manual. I have driven 17,000km and only thing that I got done was Gear oil change at 5,000km. Nothing else.
Turbo lag is like foreplay. You know it's coming. And it's gonna be good.

I got an A/T so I don't think I have to do that. IA just going to get the oil changed and the oil filter.

15000 km checkup requires only oil and oil filter change. Check air filter also.
20,000 km requires throttle body service and tappets adjustment if required. Notjing else. I have a 200k above driven corollas and civics in family they are all dealership maintained and going strong.
The main advantage of getting service done from dealerships is that you can hold them responsible if anything goes wrong(God forbid).

Well if you haven't changed it earlier, then probably you should by now .

DO NOT let them touch your brakes or anything, they will bring up bullchit packages just to loot you. I hear that everytime I visit Suzuki 3S for oil change lol

I'm not sure but I don't think the ATF should be changed that quickly. My cousins change the ATF at like 50,000KM. I'll get this confirmed.

Yes, exactly. Recently in Abbottabad Toyota has opened its new 3s dealership and it is so lame. The employees are arrogant, cocky and have no value for customers.

Yeah, I'm checking it online and on Indus's website there is no 15000km checkup only 5000, 10000 and 20000 km , but I'm going to check my Manual because I'm pretty sure there is a 15,000KM check up.
