Default Toyota Corolla Gli 2010-CNG valve issue

I recently bought toyota corolla gli model 2010
Im having some problems with the valves of the vehicle.I sometime feel as if the car is not picking up as it should though i know the car is underpowered but still , at times it seems as if the car is not performing as it should.
I showed it to a mechanic , he said this issue is with almost all corollas and he fixed it.There was some valve jamming problem, he fixed it without opening the head.

Can anyone suggest me as to how i should now check the performance.

This is the most famous problem of Corolla 2009+... so to curb this prob they introduced corolla ecotech...which has been fitted with IMPROVED HEAD with a different technology....they highlighted the same in their advertisement...so u have to live with it...first time it costs 5-6 k in repair and second tym 10-15 k.

He fixed it. So are you still not noticing improvement in performance?

yeah i got it fixed , but the valves were adjusted , no major repair was carried out.not even the head was opened.
there has been some improvement but still the car lacks power , the thrust.
can anyone suggest me a good mechanic here in Karachi , and an economical one tooo.
    i paid 2500 for this.
