    If nothing bad with wiring, then check the whole petrol flow path for clogging. If there's some blockage in the path (fuel filter inside the tank, fuel pipes, throttle body, injectors), then the pump may burn as it is required to do extra effort to pump the fuel to the engine)
    @SER_GTR

    Guru g, please advise in the context of wiring being proper (though you can't trust the so called Pakistani alektricians)

    Sometimes On CNG They Try To Bypass Fuel Pump With Some Switch That It activates On Petrol Switch Side And Deactivate On CNG side

    Getting To This They Cut And Route Some wires Via Switch ..So Check That Also....

    Fuel Pump Is Wired To ECU Getting Fp Signal From ECU Which Activates Fuel Pump Relay When You Crank .....!!

    Also Check If Your Relay Is Working All Fine And Good ..

    Also Check For Fuel pump Ground Connection.....All These Should Be Checked In Order To Keep Fuel Pump Working Nicely (Wiring Side)

    Routing Fuel Pump Main Supply Wire Via Some Switch Can Also Be Reason As Switch May Not Be Of Proper Amp Rating And Heatup

    thanks for your kind interest brothers .. i m on it and as soon as i will get any kinda clue regarding this mess.. i will get back to u all ...@SER_GTA, bhae no additional relay / diode / cut out installed in my veh ..
    one of the electrician told me that due to VVTI engine this car fuel pump keeps on pumping fuel to nozzles ,even if car is running on CNG, which keeps fuel pump under stress and its life gets shorter...

    u need to spend around 22k to fix the problem,
    people who use Highbeams.. once day would suffer too bigtime. People who drive slow on fast lanes, remember one day a vehicle carryin ur son, dad might get late to hospital coz people like u. underaged driving will land u in bigtime trouble one day or the other.. And the Blue indication light on ur speedometer denotes "High Beams"

    i went to toyota workshop today n narrated the whole problm to tbem , They said the same which was told to me earlier by som mechnic that due to continues pressure maintained by fuel pump when veh is running on cng is making the pump weakr n after convertion from cng to patrol on longer routes, so it is dificult for the pump to maintain supply of fuel wid same pressure and the only solution is installation of diode / relay , which will acts as jumper n wil cutoff the pump wire from computer n will direct it with ignition . Means to say that pump wont operate wen car is running on cng. .. So i did the same n went to a cng mechanic who charged Rs. 300 for this diode .
    He also said that it is safe n wil nt exert extra load on electrocal wiring. . Lets c wat happens nxt, for the time being this solution is under observation. .

    assalam o alaikom
    bro, there is nothing to worry about that, actually when u run the car on cng, at the same time fuel pump remains on as it continues to get its operating voltage. now, what u have to do is to go to cng mechanic (ur trusted one) and ask him to install relay which by passes voltage suppplied to fuel pump during running on cng.. what this will make is that once u will be running ur car on cng, fuel pump as not being used will remain switched off.. this will not weaken the fuel pump...

    i ve personally faced this issue.. so just give it a try it will hardly cost u v v little amount

    thanx
