I dont see a brake failure "issue" in this post.

brake failure is 99% of the time attributed to hydraulic circuit failure - the person posts that brake hardware has been changed - speaks nothing of what hardware was fitted or if other parts of the hydraulic circuit are good.

ergo the question of what is the issue?

Adding ABS or cream n cherries wont do anygood

    Dears,

I've installed new disk and pads, Breaks works good when I am driving within the area but if I am going for a long drive after some time breaks only work to slower my car even Break Pedal is full forcedly pressed but car doesn't stop. I have to use Hand breaks along with my front wheel break to achieve 0 Speed.
I have been to 3 different mechanics but all said breaks are ok.. but I know how many times Allah has saved me in Highways....

when was the last time the brake fluid was changed and how was the bleed procedure performed, It is very critical to follow correct procedure and extremely critical to use fresh brake fluid every year.

    very important points in brakes

1 - always make sure the brake bleeding is done via a pipe and jar and that the whole jar and pipe sits above the level of the brake bleed nipple.

2 - at the 8 year birthday of your car - change the rubber pipes that connect the calipers/slaves to the steel lines.

3 - If your brake fluid is old, nasty and black and you press the pedal to the floor fully while bleeding you run an 80% chance of ruining the piston seals in the master cylinder. Make sure manual type bleeding is done at only half pedal stroke and very gently.

seems you loose the booster vacuum at high speeds/revs...? Does the engine stalls or tries to stall during the braking...?

@ Xulfiqar ... can you please explain why it is happenning only on long routes? just for info...

watered brake fluid will cause steam to be created - steam is compressible. Result no brakes. Bad rubber pipes can swell under heat and internally collapse causing them to act like restrictors or in some cases oneway valves.
