Well I was more keen on selling this car at the moment rather buying new one because of recent enhancements. I wanted immobiliser and also upcoming facelift will defiantly further devalue this model.

So at the moment I will wait and see..... either civic or facelifted Grande.

Alhamdullilah got my 1.6 a week back in super white colour. I and the family are enjoying the comfort after the hardness of city aspire. Can one install cruise control on this car and would it be of good use? i frequently travel on the motorway b/w peshawar and islamabad. Anybody having any experience of HUD, where and for how much can it be installed in Rwp / Ibd or peshawar? Thanks all.

Congratulations. Not sure about cruise control, but you can get HUD from here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/High...308.0.0.2L3iku

Kindly post a detail review and comparison with aspire.

Can any respected member who owns Grande CVTi tell me how the ECO system works in the car and how it differs from ECON in the Civic?

    There are many facinating stories.

ECO when on lights up when vehicle speed is corresponding to a preset engine speed band.

Eco is continously on when you are driving economically, but whenever you push it than it will turn off. In case of civic you have to push the button to turn it on or off.
Remains on in my case as well.

    This is what Toyota says

The eco-indicator can help you get more miles out of each tank of gas by coaching you to drive more efficiently.
If you don't see it in the Multi Information Display, press the Display (or DISP) button on the steering wheel repeatedly until you do.

The closer the indicator bar is to the left, the better your fuel economy is at that moment.
When you use a light touch on the accelerator, the bar will stay in the eco range and the green eco-indicator will appear in the instrument display.
When you step hard on the accelerator, the indicator will disappear and the bar will stretch beyond the eco zone and start flashing. That just means it's most likely that you're using more fuel than you need to.

AoA. I just got Altis 1.6 delivered to me 2 days back. The day I brought it home from the showroom (hardly 5 kilometers away from my house) I noticed a toasty smell coming from the car. The very same day I drove for another 10 kilometers at night and after parking my car in the garage I noticed the same smell. It was the same burning kind of smell that comes from the bread toaster when it's ON. I asked my driver and he said that its a new car and its probably normal during the first few runs.
Can anyone kindly help me out? I'll be really thankful.

Go for Michellin or Pirelli but not AdvamDB go for Bluearth.
This happened with my friend DB just after 20000km, low noise exchange for high treadware.
