    Respected fellows,
I am looking for a comparison from some one who have both Grande and new civic oriel and have a first hand driving experience of both.

I need a honest and unbiased review of following areas.

    Fuel consumption
    Quality and finishing
    Driving experience
    Features
    Cabin noise/ rattling

Motor Registration Authority (MRA) Islamabad has started almost in the last one-year the most modern and standard form of car registration. This I mean as follows:

    1. The car registration by this method is a not conventional paper or book. It is a Smart Card.

    2. Standard. Why? It is made by NADRA.

    3. It is standard dimension like your NADRA CNIC with smart chip. You can keep in your valet along with your CNIC and credit/debit cards.

    4. It contains all essential information printed on it.

    5. You have reduced risk of having fake.

    6. Unlike paper or booklets registration format which has more chances of wear and tear; this one is robust.

    7. Most likely confirmation/verification of vehicle status becomes more authentic and robust.

I hope I have not missed some other vital info!

    Regards

I have no idea if other cities started as well. Our honourable members may respond for the cities of which they know.

This discussion has been dragged on many other forums and result is to each his own . i have good roads where i live so no problems with advan db. I would say then keep euro ones for covering all aspects they will last longer for you on bad roads. My friend got michellin xm2 on same day as me on same car as mine so we are in testing phase . every other guy i asked told me advan are gd some have gone through sets of advans michellin pirelli continental and end result was advan. Rest is upto you to decide on road conditions your car would face and budget.

Hey guys I received my Gli M/T lats month. Now it has 3300 on ODO. Many of my colleagues are suggesting that I should go for oil change at 3500 km, whereas as u know Toyota recommends oil change at 5k. What do u suggest? And also during my visit to Toyota, should I go for other checkups like alignment, brakes inspection etc???

    Get the oil changed asap.
Go for beake service and alignment balancing is only needed when you have any issues. Which grade it is?

My bad, I got it all wrong.
    I thought you said vitz.
Just get the oil change, and oil filter change. Nothing else. Choose grade 5w50 taglon fully synthetic for the engine.
That's it. After that, change oil at 5k kms or whatsoever the change interval for taglon

All toyota oils come under the warranty mate. Whichever the oil you buy from dealerships warranty won't be voided.
I'm using 10w30 petron plus in my Altis cvti and changing to taglon 5w50 fully synthetic next time. No warranty will be voided.

5 months and 2300 on the ODO. When to change the oil. Any advantages or disadvantages of glass coating I'm thinking to get it done.
